This workshop is designed to benefit both, those new to the yoga world, as well as to those with more experience, as a great opportunity to explore the fundamentals of yoga.
Our time will be spent learning some basic yoga poses, a brief history of yoga, finding how yoga can benefit you individually as well as therapeutically with an emphasis on form and alignment.
The New to Yoga Workshop will be instructed by Othene, a senior teacher with more than 30 years experience, and owner of The Center for Yoga.
