Yin Yoga with Reanna

What is Yin:
Yin Yoga is a style that compliments the muscular strengthening and lengthening of our more active exercises like running, weights, vinyasa/power yoga classes etc. The postures in yin are practiced seated, reclined, or on your stomach and are held between 1-5 min. Longer holds allow the muscles to relax enabling your body to get deeper into the joints and tissues–allowing for these areas of the body to “exercise”. All-Levels Welcomed.
*For this class, if you have a bolster-feel free to bring it with you. If needed, we have blocks, straps, and cushions for your practice.
