A day of deep immersion into the practices of meditation – practice different types of meditation and experience the effects each one has to offer. July 13. 8:30am – 2:30pm
We will prepare the body for meditation with a hip opening asana class under the shaded trees in Piedmont Park followed by a brunch break at the Farmers Market. Learn different techniques and practices followed by a relaxing Yoga Nidra (deep rest). Our day ends with fellowship and creating your own “mala beads”. $80.
