Thank you all for Zooming with me! It has been wonderful to connect with you during this time.
Thank you for your feedback, support, and friendship as we share this journey of uncertainty together. I have loved seeing your faces, sharing the practice with your children, grandchildren, and getting to know your pets too… Thank you. Thank GOODNESS we have found yoga and each other – the perfect combo to heal and soothe our nerves and hearts.
If you need help or support in prayer or a listening ear – in celebrating your birthday with friends or any other help, please reach out to our Kula and we can create a deeper connection in this way. Please also look for pop up workshops and classes. And, contact me for private classes, Angel Readings or private group classes (office/beginner, etc).

All Levels. Enjoy a well-rounded class that incorporates breathing, meditation and asana practice. Some yoga experience required. $10 Suggested Donation

Gentle Yoga for those who prefer more time to savor in an unhurried practice. $10 Suggested Donation

Join Othene for guided meditations and breath work based on the teachings of the Yoga Sutras. Our focus will be on bringing awareness to an expanded sense of consciousness. A few Restorative poses will relax the body further for calm and equanimity to rest between meditations. Please bring props to be able to sit upright comfortably.
